How to Import B2B Wholesale Prices in Bulk

Save time and manage large product catalogs efficiently by uploading your wholesale prices in bulk. The Import Price feature allows you to upload a simple spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) to configure custom pricing, order limits, and purchase increments for hundreds of products and variants simultaneously.

Step 1: Export Your Product List from Shopify

To ensure your spreadsheet contains the correct identifiers for matching, first export your product list from Shopify:

1. In your Shopify Admin, go to Products.
2. Click the Export button at the top right of the page.
3. Select All products (or target products) and choose the CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs format.
4. Click Export products to download the file.

Step 2: Prepare Your Pricing Spreadsheet

Open your exported CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet editor. Keep only the columns you need for B2B pricing, or add new columns to map:

• Product handle or Variant SKU — Required to identify your products.
• New Price — The custom B2B wholesale price (e.g. 45.00).
• Min Quantity (Optional) — The minimum quantity required to get this price.
• Max Quantity (Optional) — The maximum quantity limit allowed.
• Increment (Optional) — The purchasing step (e.g. multiples of 6).

Save the completed file in .csv or .xlsx format.

Step 3: Open the Import Pricing Screen

1. In the Wi2B app, go to Offer Management and click Add new offer set (or edit an existing one).
2. Go to Step 2: Offer configuration and select the Pricing & Quantity tab.
3. Click the Import price button next to "+ Add rule".

Step 4: Configure the Import settings

On the Import pricing page, set up your campaign options:

1. Select rule — Choose Import to a new rule (or select an existing rule to append prices).
2. Title — Enter a rule name (this name will be visible to B2B customers in their cart and checkout, e.g. Wholesale Price   ).
3. Override existing rules — Check Override any existing custom pricing rule if you want to replace previously configured prices for these items.
4. Upload pricing file — Click Add files to upload your prepared CSV or Excel file.

Step 5: Map Your Fields

In the Mapping fields section, match the required app fields to the columns in your uploaded spreadsheet. To successfully import prices, the app requires at least one product identifier and the New price column to be mapped:

• Product handle (Shopify product URL identifier) ➡️ Map to the Handle    column from your Shopify CSV. This is the product's web link identifier (e.g., the-complete-snowboard   ).
• Product ID (Shopify numeric product identifier) ➡️ Map to your product ID column.
• Variant ID (Shopify numeric variant identifier) ➡️ Map to your variant ID column.
• Variant SKU code (Your assigned variant SKU) ➡️ Map to the Variant SKU    column from your Shopify CSV.
• New price (Fixed wholesale price) ➡️ Map to your custom wholesale price column.
• Min Quantity, Max Quantity, Increment ➡️ Map to your respective quantity columns (or leave as Select if not using).

💡 Best Practice: For stores with multiple variants (like sizes or colors), matching by Variant SKU code or Variant ID is the best way to prevent matching errors and ensure each price is applied to the correct variant.

Step 6: Review the Import Preview

Once you click Map data, the Import preview table will display a validation summary before importing:

• Green Rows (Valid) — The product data matches and is ready to import.
• Red Rows (Invalid) — Displays matching errors (e.g., Product has multiple variants - use variant ID or SKU instead). These rows will be skipped. You can review the error, fix your spreadsheet, and re-upload if needed.

Step 7: Complete the Import

1. Click the black Import button at the bottom right of the preview.
2. The imported pricing rules will populate your Products and Variants - Priority 1 list in the Offer Set.
3. Click View all in the Priority 1 section to inspect the imported B2B rules at any time.
